NORWAY:
Following the time schedule is crucial
On time delivery is expected in Norway and is very important since the goods often is a part of a chain with many other players.
LATVIA:
Our impression is that following the time schedule and on time delivery have less importance and priority.
We have also experienced that information about changes in progress are not noticed in time.
May be part of the problem is unrealistic expectation from the Norwegian customer, but we experience way to often that agreed delivery times are not me
